1. Booking & Payments

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to confirm any booking.
• Balance Payment: The deadline for the remaining balance depends on the specific service, airline, or hotel policy selected. The exact final payment date will be provided to you at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation Charges: Standard cancellation charges apply strictly as per the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers. Uraan Travel Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a case qualifies for a partial refund or is fully non-refundable.
• Deposit Refund Policy: Your deposit is only refundable if no services (such as tickets, visas, or hotel confirmations) have been issued against it. Once any service is issued or confirmed, the deposit becomes fully non-refundable.
• Supplier Issues: In the event of schedule changes or issues originating from the airline or hotel, their respective policies will be final and binding on the customer.

3. Passport, Visas & Travel Documents

• Passport Validity: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Visa Responsibility: Uraan Travel Ltd assists in the visa application process. However, visa processing times, approvals, or delays by Saudi or International embassies are entirely the customer's responsibility. Uraan Travel cannot be held liable for visa rejections or delays.

4. Hajj & Umrah Specific Terms

All Hajj and Umrah packages are strictly subject to the rules and regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah. If the Saudi authorities enforce sudden rule changes, alter hotel distances, or mandate flight/date shifts, Uraan Travel Ltd will not be held directly responsible for these mandatory adjustments.

5. Flights & Schedule Changes

Uraan Travel Ltd acts solely as a travel agent. If an airline delays, cancels, or reschedules a flight, it is entirely the airline's responsibility. The agency is not liable to pay any compensation, damages, or penalties for airline-related disruptions.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance. This protects you financially in case of unforeseen medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage during your journey.

7. Governing Law

As Uraan Travel Ltd is a UK registered company, these terms and conditions, and any services provided, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
